The next pic is her new best buddy Gilbert who likes to give her baths and cuddle with her. Third pic is Queen Eleanor and her champion Sir Gilbert :)
As for blogging, you may have noticed things look a little different around here. I had three reviews I planned on posting about ten days back but then made the decision to hang on to those until I could do a design overhaul. I find it is so much easier to keep churning out the reviews when I am happy with what the site looks like and how its formatted. For the past week or so I have been doing a lot of work on this blog which should continue til the end of this coming weekend. I'm working on my pages which will feature a page about upcoming historical fiction releases, a page which will be an index for all Tudor related books, and one for all books related to the War of the Roses. So, stay tuned! The reviews will be coming soon. I promise!
Wow! The new header looks awesome!
ReplyDeleteNice to see them getting along so well already. I never have that kind of luck with my emotional Miss.
ReplyDeleteOoops, the new design looks awesome. Nice job.
ReplyDeleteThey are so cute (and the new design looks nice as well)!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful... I love to see when someone adopts a cat.. especially a grown cat. Both mine are adopted!

I was pleasantly surprised that they took to each other so well. Gilbert likes Eleanor more than she likes him though which the vet thought was odd. I think it is because when he gives her baths he can be a bit excessive and it gets on her nerves :)
ReplyDeleteI'm glad that she likes her new home! :) And it is such a noble thing to adopt a pet!
ReplyDeleteLovely blog design and beautiful new cat!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful. That is awesome that you just went out for something else and came home with a cat. That's something I'd do!
ReplyDeleteI like the new blog design! Easy to read. I like the cat, too. I was Eleanor of Acquitaine for Halloween last year :)
ReplyDeleteEleanor is lovely! Congrats and love the name, as E of A is one of my most favorite historical figures. You should join in on my weekly meme/feature, Cat Thursday. I had no idea you were a cat lover or had such lovely kitties. =O)
ReplyDeleteI'm getting my sons a kitten for Christmas and I plan to name her (him) Noel. Yes, I'm a Christmas fanatic!
