I have never seen the film adaptation of 'Les Miserables', nor read the book.
However I have seen the show in London's Westend, at least 6 times, with a different cast each time.
I have enjoyed every single one of the shows and have cried each time. The CD is never far from hand in our house, or when we are out and about in the car.
I wasn't surprised Anne Hathaway could sing because I saw her in Ella Enchanted and she sang beautifully in that movie. This movie looks so good I can't wait!
This looks really good! I have seen another film adaptation with Liam Neeson and really enjoyed it. So I look forward to this.

It looks great doesn't it! I think it was a surprise to find that Anne Hathaway could sing when she did a song when she hosted the Oscars.
