Winners of The Chivalrous Deeds Historical Fiction Challenge!

The end is here!  After a year of doing Chivalrous Deeds at various courts/time periods, the Chivalrous Deeds Historical Fiction Challenge is over!  Thank you to all who participated.

There were a total of 43 reviews posted to the linky for this challenge and 25 courts were visited.  Here is a chart showing where everyone went.  Disclaimer: I actually had to do some digging to figure this out as some of the books entered were not directly about the rulers but about people/characters that served their courts at the time so when in doubt I used the rulers in place at whatever time period the book was set in.

Here are the courts and # of times they were visited by the participants:

And now for the results!  There were 2 prizes for this challenge (only 1 prize can be won per challenger):

  • The person who reads the most books for this challenge will receive their choice of a book from the Book Depository not to exceed $20.

  • The person who visits the greatest number of different courts during the challenge will receive a book of their choice from The Book Depository not to exceed $20.
Here is the final tally for total # of courts visited:

So, the winner for total # of courts visited with 17 entries total is:

Heather also had most # of different courts visited with 16/17 but with the one prize per challenger rule the # of different courts prize goes to the person with the 2nd highest total for # of different courts visited.  And the winner of that prize with 13 different courts out of 14 visited is:

Congratulations Ladies! Please email me at bippityboppitybook@ymail.com with your book choice/mailing address.
