Mailbox Monday

Mailbox Monday was created by Marcia from The Printed Page. Marcia has decided to send Mailbox Monday on tour. This month it is being hosted by Avis @ She Reads and Reads.

This week was a mailbox explosion! I went on vacation to Houston, TX and of course I did some book shopping. Also it appears the wishlist fairies at PBS have been working overtime because this week I have had more wishes granted than I have had in any other week this year. Here is what I got:

From the Norton Shore Library sale rack:
  • The Splendor of Silence by Indu Sundaresen
  • The Queen's Slave Trader by Nick Hazlewood

From one of my fave local UBS's Booked for the Season:
  • Ragtime by E.L. Doctorow
  • Dragonfire (Dragonkeeper Chronicles Bk 4) by Donita K. Paul

From my stop at Half Price Books in Houston, TX:
  • The Eight by Katherine Neville
  • Spring Moon by Betty Bao Lord
  • The Age of Innocence by Edith Wharton
  • The Bruce Trilogy by Nigel Tranter
  • The Devil's Horse (Morland Dynasty, Bk 16) by Cynthia Harrod-Eagles
  • The Rose of York: Love and War by Sandra Worth
  • Rebel Angels (Gemma Doyle, Bk 2) by Libba Bray
  • The Sweet Far Thing (Gemma Doyle, Bk 3) by Libba Bray
  • The Rose of York: Crown of Destiny by Sandra Worth
  • Sons and Lovers by D.H. Lawrence
  • His Majesty's Dragon (Temeraire, Bk 1) by Naomi Novik
  • The Hunchback of Notre Dame by Victor Hugo
  • Lincoln by Gore Vidal
  • Band of Angels by Julia Gregson
  • Dracula in Love by Karen Essex

From PBS:
  • The Queen's Handmaiden by Jennifer Ashley
  • Before Green Gables by Budge Wilson
  • The Last Days of Henry VIII by Robert Hutchinson
  • Tender Morsels by Margo Lanagan
  • For the King by Catherine Delors
  • A Fatal Waltz by Tasha Alexander

Won from Daphne's 20th Anniversary Giveaway at Tanzanite's Castle Full of Books:
  • Dark Moon of Avalon by Anna Elliott

And that is it for me this week. Hope everyone else had lots of goodies in their mailbox this week!
