Unless I'm feeling unusually sociable or hyper.

The only time I really ever talk to another customer in a bookstore is if I hear them talking to whoever they're with, and they're trying to find a book / author that I know about. For instance, there were two teenage girls looking around, saying that there's "a hand with candy on it" on the cover, and it turned out to be A Million Little Pieces, so I told them to try self-help. Or if they're looking for the Outlander series, I mention that it's in fiction. Apparently I only feel the need to help people find books, but can't bring myself to chat ABOUT those books, lol.Sarahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11196903315080725315noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7992163265449490403.post-78617428860313433272011-03-19T07:56:52.369-04:002011-03-19T07:56:52.369-04:00I was actually having a conversation with my boyfr...I was actually having a conversation with my boyfriend last night about this same topic. We were in B&N and I kept picking up books that I loved and would say something out loud like "this book was amazing" or to that effect. I don't necessarily go start a conversation with people, but I still try to share my opinions!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16609161113240681299noreply@blogger.com
